Wehost is Georgia’s first Airbnb management company — founded in 2017 as a winner of Startup Georgia, and today a full-service property management partner across Tbilisi, Batumi, and Gudauri.

We manage properties across three rental models: short-term (under 3 months — Airbnb and booking platforms), mid-term (3 to 6 months — built for digital nomads and relocation stays), and long-term (6 months and beyond — residential leases). Whichever model best fits your property and goals — or a flexible mix of them — our team handles everything end-to-end: listings, dynamic pricing, guest and tenant communication, cleaning and maintenance, and transparent monthly reporting.

Our mission is to deliver the famous Georgian hospitality at scale — for guests and tenants who remember their stay, and for owners who earn consistently without the daily workload.
