If you prefer rides, Bolt is a dependable and fairly priced option. That said, the best way to see the city is by walking. It gives you a closer look at the local culture and everyday life.

You will have complete and private use of the apartment for the duration of your stay.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will share a digital guide with all the important details. It explains how to access the apartment through the lockbox and provides clear instructions for using the appliances and other features. The goal is to make everything simple and stress-free for you.

You can reach me every day between 10:00 and midnight, and I reply directly via the messaging system of the platform used for your booking.

If you need information outside of that, the online guidebook is available at all times. It includes detailed directions for self check-in as well as clear instructions on how to use the apartment and its facilities.

* Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment. If this rule is broken, a penalty fee will be charged.

* Please take all trash out before you leave. This helps us keep the space clean for the next guest.

* A basic set of toiletries is provided to get you started. If you need more, there are stores nearby where you can easily purchase additional items.

* If something gets broken or damaged during your stay, let us know right away. Any costs will depend on the situation.

* If you run into a problem or need help, reach out to us. We welcome feedback and always appreciate respectful communication and honest reviews.

* From time to time, the city may experience temporary water, electricity, or gas interruptions. While we try to notify guests in advance, these outages are outside our control and can happen throughout Tbilisi. We kindly ask that this not be reflected in your review, since it is a citywide issue and not related to the apartment itself.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
