The apartment is within walking distance of Liberty Square, Sioni Church, Rustaveli Avenue, Liberty Square Metro station, and a plethora of famous restaurants, bars, and cafes. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring Old Tbilisi's rich history and vibrant culture.

As the apartment is in Sololaki, the closest metro and bus stations are nearby.

I'll provide my guests with all the information about public transport, taxi's and how to use them, I also provide transfer services if my guests request it! Public bus stops are available every 100 meters, and the TTC app is a great resource for navigating the city's transport system.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Note:

The apartment is located on the first floor, near the building entrance. It is usually quiet, though at times you may notice people coming and going, such as delivery staff or service providers.

I'm available daily from 10:00 to 00:00 and respond promptly through the inbox of the platform where your reservation was made. For quick answers at any time, you can always refer to the digital Guidebook, which covers everything from check-in instructions to using the apartment’s amenities.

• Please note that the apartment is located on the ground floor.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
