Additional features include high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, central heating, and a well-furnished living room. The balcony, ideal for watching the sunset with a glass of wine, comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults.

The apartment is located in the historic part of Old Tbilisi, offering a serene atmosphere. It provides views of Tbilisi and the majestic Mtatsminda Mountain. Key landmarks are nearby, including the Funicular, Vilnius Park, the historic Georgian Parliament building, Rustaveli Avenue, and Galleria Mall – all within walking distance.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Please note that we offer a small minibar with a selection of drinks for your convenience. These items are not included in the price of your stay. • If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
