The apartment boasts two spacious bedrooms, featuring one with twin beds and another with a king-sized bed, all with fresh, hotel-quality linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and all cooking essentials.

The bathroom is always sparkling clean, stocked with towels, shampoos, soaps, shower gels, and slippers. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, an iron, and an ironing board.

Located in the historic heart of Tbilisi, the apartment is next to the Georgian Parliament and a minute's walk to Rustaveli Avenue.

The area is rich in cultural spots, with the Tbilisi Concert Hall, famous cafes like Stamba, Rooms Hotel, and Restaurant/Bar Lolita all within a 5-minute walk. Also nearby are shopping malls like 'Merani' and 'Galleria Tbilisi.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
