Located in the scenic Marshall Gudauri Project, the apartment is just 10 minutes from the Marco-Polo Hotel and a short 7-minute drive to the nearest mountain. Within a 5-minute radius, you’ll find Hotel Panorama, shopping options, and various restaurants and bars. This blend of stunning natural surroundings and local attractions makes it the perfect location for your stay.

Getting around

Convenience is at your doorstep, with a "Spar" supermarket and "GPC" pharmacy located on the first floor of the building. The area is well-connected, making it easy to explore extreme sports venues and local attractions by car. Airport transfers can also be arranged upon request for a hassle-free travel experience.

Guests have full access to the apartment, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. Free parking is available for added convenience. The space is your perfect home base in Gudauri.

Additionally, guests are welcome to dine at "Pelagoni," a delightful restaurant on the ground floor of the Marshall Lobby, open from 11 AM to 11:30 PM. Please note that on weekends, events may occasionally extend until 2 AM.

We kindly ask guests to adhere to our strict no-smoking policy; violations may result in a fine. Additionally, we request that you take out the trash at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Short stays are paid in full at checkout and confirmed on the spot. A long lease is different. Wehost approve it by hand first, and the first month's rent is paid once they have.
