The apartment

The apartment features 2 double beds, 1 full-sized sofa bed, and a spacious vestibule. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and kettle. The bathroom includes towels, shower gels, shampoos, soaps, and a hairdryer. Additional amenities are a flat-screen TV, a workspace suitable for laptops, central heating, and free parking. The apartment is always spotless, guaranteeing a comfortable stay. Ski depot available.

The neighbourhood

Located in the Marshall Gudauri Project, the apartment is just 10 minutes away from the famous Marco-Polo Hotel and a 7-minute drive to the nearest mountain. Hotel Panorama is a mere 5 minutes away. You'll be close to shopping, sightseeing, and a variety of restaurants and bars, all easily accessible by car. Guests are welcome to dine at "Pelagoni," a delightful restaurant situated on the ground floor of the Marshall Lobby. Operating hours are from 11 AM to 11:30 PM. Please note that during weekends, There might be events which may extend until 2 AM at the latest.

Getting around

There's no public transport in Gudauri, but I will provide my guests with all the information that they might need. There is supermarket "Spar" and pharmacy "GPC" on the first floor of the building.

What you get access to

Guests have full access to the apartment, including all amenities like the flat-screen TV, heating system, kitchen facilities, and bathroom products. A self check-in system adds convenience to your arrival.
