The apartment

Relax in our spacious living room with a flat-screen TV. The bright bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed for additional guests. Savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the sea. Stay cool with air conditioning, and enjoy sparkling clean, hotel-quality linens and towels. Toiletries are provided for your convenience, and free high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected.

Please Note: The building has an elevator, but it can get crowded during busy times of the day. We appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait.

Getting around in Batumi is really easy. With bus stops conveniently located at every corner, exploring the city is easy. You can also enjoy the lovely boulevard promenade for a delightful way to travel. Plus, the taxi service is not only affordable but also super convenient. Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know - from how to enter the apartment using the lockbox, to tips on using all the amenities inside. It’s designed to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

• We enforce a strict non-smoking policy - violations may incur a fine

• If any items in the apartment are accidentally damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible

    Short stays are paid in full at checkout and confirmed on the spot. A long lease is different. Wehost approve it by hand first, and the first month's rent is paid once they have.
