Charming Apart Next To Sioni Cathedral

Located on the second floor of a beautifully restored 19th-century building, our apartment is just steps from Sioni Cathedral and the lively Erekle II Street. Please note, the building has no elevator. As it is a historic property, access is only via stairs. The apartment does not have a working air conditioner at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, featuring a king-size bed and single beds.

The lower level includes a dining area with a kitchenette and bathroom, while the upper floor features a spacious bedroom.

A stairway leads to a lobby with an additional sleeper bed and a lower-level kitchen and bathroom, making it ideal for small groups or families of up to 5 people.

Our apartment is nestled next to Sioni Cathedral, in a neighborhood renowned for its historic charm.

Guests can explore nearby cafes and restaurants such as Kala, G Vino, and Leila.

The building's rich history is evident, with the Mtkvari River once flowing nearby.

Erekle II Street, a bustling pedestrian zone with outdoor cafes, galleries, and shops, is just a short walk away.

All major museums, theaters, and sights of Tbilisi are easily accessible, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and city vibrance.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
