NOTE: We wanted to let you know about something important before your stay. Unfortunately, there is ongoing construction happening right in front of the balcony. This may cause some noise during the day and partially block the view.

The iconic Dry Bridge market, known for its vintage finds, is also just 9 minutes away on foot. A bus stop is conveniently located 2 minutes away, and the nearest metro station is a 10-minute walk, connecting you easily to other parts of the city

It's conveniently situated near major streets and public transit options, making it easy to explore Tbilisi's attractions and beyond. Public bus stops are available every 100 meters, and the TTC app is a great resource for navigating the city's transport system.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
