Our apartment welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a double sofa bed.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dining table and flat-screen TV, perfect for your dining needs.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, full-length mirror, and clothing rack. The bathroom is meticulously clean and fully stocked, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the building, so guests will need to use the stairs.

We also wanted to let you know about something important before your stay. Unfortunately, there is ongoing construction happening right in front of the balcony. This may cause some noise during the day and partially block the view.

NOTE: We’re extremely disappointed about this situation, as it’s outside of our control, but we believe it’s important for you to be fully informed before your arrival. We always want our guests to have clear expectations and feel comfortable.

Situated in a prime location, the apartment is just 5 minutes by foot from the Holy Trinity Cathedral.

Liberty Square is reachable within a 5-minute drive. The scenic River Mtkvari, Tbilisi Justice Hall, and Dedaena park, along with popular bars like Bauhaus, are all within an 8-minute walking distance.

The Dry Bridge flea market, a treasure trove for vintage finds, is also 9 minutes away on foot. Transportation is convenient with a bus stop 2 minutes away and the closest metro station a 10-minute walk.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

I'm available daily from 10:00 to 00:00 and respond promptly through the inbox of the platform where your reservation was made. For quick answers at any time, you can always refer to the digital Guidebook, which covers everything from check-in instructions to using the apartment’s amenities.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
