The apartment is on Mikheili Tsinamdzghvrishvili Street in Chugureti, a central left-bank neighborhood known for historic residential buildings, local cafés and easy access to the Marjanishvili and Aghmashenebeli areas.

Tsinamdzghvrishvili Street runs parallel to Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue through the heart of Chugureti. The street is known for older Tbilisi architecture, traditional courtyards and several notable early-20th-century buildings, giving this part of the neighborhood a more residential feel than the busier pedestrian avenue nearby.

Wine Gallery, at 39 Mikheili Tsinamdzghvrishvili Street, is just a short walk away and is one of the better-known wine shops in this part of the city. Pedestrian Aghmashenebeli Avenue is also within easy walking distance, with restaurants, cafés and evening activity. Fabrika, one of Tbilisi's main creative and social spaces, is located nearby in Chugureti.

The neighborhood works well for guests who want to stay central without being directly on one of the city's busiest main streets. Marjanishvili and the riverfront can be reached on foot, while taxis and public transport make it easy to continue toward Rustaveli, Old Tbilisi and other districts.

Chugureti is generally safe, active and regularly patrolled.

The apartment is centrally located in Chugureti, with the Marjanishvili area and pedestrian Aghmashenebeli Avenue accessible on foot.

Tbilisi is easy to explore using the metro, city buses, and taxis. Bolt is widely available and convenient for short trips around the city.
