The second bedroom offers a single bed, ideal for a child or individual seeking a bit of personal space. The living room provides a comfortable space for relaxation, perfect for family time. You can prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom is stocked with all the essentials for your convenience.

Note:

There is a finishing municipal construction project nearby, which may occasionally cause minor disturbance. However, this does not change the fact that the apartment is located in one of the best and most sought-after areas in Tbilisi.

Our apartment is situated in a prime location, just steps away from the lush Vake Park and the scenic Turtle Lake.

For your shopping needs, the Agrohub and Carrefour hypermarket is nearby.

Vake is known for its relaxed ambiance and beautiful surroundings, making it a perfect spot to unwind and explore.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

I'm available daily from 10:00 to 00:00 and respond promptly through the inbox of the platform where your reservation was made. For quick answers at any time, you can always refer to the digital Guidebook, which covers everything from check-in instructions to using the apartment’s amenities.

• We enforce a strict non-smoking policy; violations may result in a fine.

• Please help us tidy the space by removing the trash before checking out.

• A complimentary set of essential toiletries is provided upon arrival. If you need anything additional during your stay, nearby stores have everything you might need.

• If any items are accidentally damaged during your stay, please let us know. A small fee may apply depending on the situation.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
