Industrial Loft, Sololaki near Liberty Square

Our 26 m2 industrial-style loft on the 2nd floor of a historic Sololaki building sleeps 2 guests across two connected levels.

Lower level:

Open-plan living area: sofa, coffee table, clothing rack

Kitchen: gas stove, mini fridge, kettle and toaster

Upper level (reached via spiral staircase):

• King bed

• Full bathroom: soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels provided

Throughout:

• Washing machine

• AC and central heating

• TV and free Wi-Fi

The spiral staircase is the only route to the bedroom and bathroom. Not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Galaktion Tabidze Street sits in the heart of Sololaki, one of Tbilisi's most central neighborhoods. Named after Georgia's most celebrated 20th-century poet, the street is lined with wine bars and restaurants, and places Freedom Square a 2-minute walk downhill.

After the 1795 Persian destruction of Tbilisi, Sololaki became the city's first planned residential district. Wealthy merchants built mansions here in the 19th century, leaving behind a neighborhood of ornate facades, wrought-iron balconies, and hand-painted entrance halls that still line the surrounding streets.

On and around the street:

Gudiashvili Square, one of Sololaki's most photographed corners, is 5 minutes on foot

Café Littera, set in the garden of the Writers' House of Georgia on Machabeli Street, is an 8-minute walk

From Freedom Square, Rustaveli Avenue leads to the Georgian National Museum, the National Opera and Ballet Theatre, and Galleria Tbilisi mall, all within a further 5 minutes along the avenue.

Rike Park and the National Botanical Garden of Georgia are both accessible through the Old Town, a further 10-15 minutes from Freedom Square.

The neighborhood has a strong concentration of independent restaurants covering Georgian, European, and Asian food. Sololaki streets are steep and uneven in places. The area is well-patrolled and safe at all hours.

Freedom Square Metro (Red Line) is a 10-minute walk downhill, giving direct access to the city centre, the main railway terminal at Vagzali and Avlabari station.

Public transport in Tbilisi is affordable and reliable. Buses and minibuses cover the whole city, and Bolt is the most widely used taxi app, with inexpensive fares by international standards.

Please note that the internal spiral staircase is a bit steep and is the only way to access the bedroom and bathroom. Guests with limited mobility may want to keep this in mind before booking.

The building entrance has the authentic character of a historic Tbilisi building and may show some natural signs of age, which is common in this area.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
