The apartment features a unique bunk bed with two double beds, complete with hotel-quality bed sheets and built-in closets for your comfort and storage needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including:

• Fridge/freezer

• Toaster

• Electric kettle

• Dishwasher

• Cooking essentials like pans, pots, a ladle, and a wine/bottle opener

There’s also a full bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine — perfect for longer stays.

Our studio apartment is 27 square meters and located on the ground floor, partially below ground level.

Located in central Tbilisi, the apartment is a 10 min. walk from Liberty Square and Rustaveli Avenue, with a variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants. For your shopping needs and entertainment you can visit Galleria Tbilisi, full of brand shops, fast food restaurants like McDonald's, cinemas and super market. Georgian National Museum and Tbilisi Art Gallery are also within walking distance.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

• This is a non-smoking apartment. A fine may apply for violations.

• Before check-out, please take out the trash to help us keep the space clean.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. Nearby shops have more if needed.

• If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know. A small fee may apply depending on the situation.
