Please note that the apartment is located on the 1st floor from the entrance level, and you will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach it. The total area of the apartment is 130 square meters. As some of our guests have mentioned, the second floor can occasionally get too warm — we are aware of this and are actively working on a solution.

• This is a non-smoking apartment. A fine may apply for violations.

• Before check-out, please take out the trash to help us keep the space clean.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. Nearby shops have more if needed.

• If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know. A small fee may apply depending on the situation.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
