Our spacious 3BR apartment features one king-sized bed, Master bedroom and Bedroom with two single beds with fresh linens, Balcony offering panoramic city views.

It includes two fully-equipped bathrooms, a kitchen with all the necessities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV.

A bus stop is conveniently located 5 minutes away. Mini buses are easily accessible, and the metro station is an 8-minute walk. We provide our guests with access to the Tbilisi city hall's website for bus and metro routes and schedules.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
