The home has a spacious layout with two private sleeping areas, each arranged with a large bed, mirrors, and clean bedding. There’s a small workspace, plus a bright lounge with a comfy sofa and a modern feel. The kitchen includes everyday cooking essentials and a dining table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

Heads-up: it’s on the third floor with no elevator. The place is about 120 m² in a classic older building, so the entrance and shared areas may look worn, which is typical for this central part of Tbilisi.

Conveniently located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, the apartment offers easy access to various transportation options. The nearest metro station, Liberty Square, is a short walk away, providing quick connections to different parts of the city. Several bus stops are also nearby, offering frequent services. For those arriving by air, Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) is approximately a 25-minute taxi or car ride, depending on traffic. Parking is available on the street, but availability may vary; we recommend using public transport or taxis to explore the city.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
