Tastefully furnished and decorated, it occupies the 2nd floor of a newly constructed building, providing a serene and authentic atmosphere.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

• Do not damage the furniture. Treat all furniture and equipment with care.

• Do not leave stains on the walls. Avoid touching walls with dirty hands, luggage, shoes or food.

• Treat the apartment as your own home. Respect the space and neighbours.

• Do not take items from the apartment. Everything belongs to a real person hosting you.

• Use one Calgon tablet for every wash. Water in Tbilisi is very hard.

• We enforce a strict non-smoking policy; violations may result in a fine.

• Report any damage or issue immediately.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
