Nestled in the tranquil upper Vake neighborhood, your apartment offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to Tbilisi's attractions. A short walk will take you to Vake Park, a green oasis perfect for leisurely strolls or picnics. For dining, explore the diverse options along Chavchavadze Avenue, just a few minutes away. You'll find everything from cozy cafes to international restaurants. Nearby, you'll discover local shops and boutiques for unique finds. The area is known for its charming residential streets, providing a safe and pleasant environment for your stay.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Note: The building’s elevator is temporarily out of service. Please be aware that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor if accessed by foot, or the 3rd floor when using the elevator.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
