Nearby Carrefour and Agrohub hypermarkets cater to your shopping needs, while Mziuri Park offers beautiful paths for walking

Thanks to the apartment's central location, getting around Tbilisi is easy. Bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and buses go to every direction in Tbilisi. For Taxis you can use applications such as Bolt that offer a fixed price or just stop a Taxi. If driving, be aware of specific parking rules and tariffs. Public bus stops are available every 100 meters, and the TTC app is a great resource for navigating the city's transport system

Do not leave safety nets, windows and balcony doors open without securing them.

After using the hygienic shower, close the faucet and empty the hose.

We enforce a strict non-smoking policy—violations may incur a fine.

Please help us keep the space tidy by taking out the trash before checking out.

If any items in the apartment are accidentally damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible. A small fee may apply, depending on the extent of the damage.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
