The apartment is located on Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street, in Tbilisi’s well-known historic district, surrounded by charming architecture and smaller buildings typical of old Tbilisi. It's just a short walk to Marjanishvili Metro Station, making it easy to reach other parts of the city. Popular spots like Fabrika, Ninia’s Garden, and a variety of bars and cafes are nearby. You’ll also be close to Ilia’s Square, which features a table tennis area, as well as Honore café and Gymbreeze, home to modern Padel courts.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

• This is a non-smoking apartment. A fine may apply for violations.

• Before check-out, please take out the trash to help us keep the space clean.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. Nearby shops have more if needed.

• If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know. A small fee may apply depending on the situation.
