Note: The apartment is 107 square meters in size, providing ample space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The interior includes many eco-friendly features such as handcrafted furniture, sustainable lighting, and natural wooden floors. Please also note that Vere Park (Garden), located right in front of the apartment, has been recently renovated and is now ready to welcome guests with its beautiful greenery, walking paths, and fresh atmosphere.

Nestled in the heart of Tbilisi, Vera Apartment offers a prime location for exploring the city. You'll find yourself steps away from Vere Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll or a morning jog. A short walk will take you to Rustaveli Avenue, where you can discover a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Indulge in delicious meals at nearby dining spots or browse the boutiques. For culture enthusiasts, the Tbilisi Philharmonic is within easy reach. Conveniently located, the apartment provides easy access to everything Tbilisi has to offer, making it an ideal base for your adventures.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
