Mziuri Gardens Apartments are situated in Makhinjauri, a tranquil resort area renowned for its mild climate, fresh sea breeze, and wellness traditions. Guests can enjoy a peaceful seaside environment while being just 6 km from Batumi’s city center, accessible by taxi or bus. The famous Batumi Botanical Garden at Green Cape is nearby, offering stunning viewpoints and nature trails. This exceptional location blends seaside relaxation, healthy surroundings, and convenient access to Batumi’s attractions.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable, and the beach here is less crowded than in the center of Batumi. You’ll find everything you need nearby such as markets, restaurants, and pharmacies, and the location is convenient for traveling between Batumi and Tsikhisdziri. You can use your preferred taxi service or the municipal buses that are also available. If you enjoy walking, it’s about an hour and a half walk to the center of Batumi.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know — from how to enter the apartment using the lockbox, to tips on using all the amenities inside. It’s designed to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

• If anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, please let us know. A small fee may apply depending on the situation.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
