Our apartment boasts a prime location in Batumi, just a few steps from the beach and within walking distance of attractions such as the Dancing Fountains and Ardagani Lake. The neighborhood features modern high-rises, excellent restaurants, and convenient transportation. Whether you’re here to unwind or to explore, this lively area provides the ideal balance of relaxation and activity.

Getting around in Batumi is really easy. With bus stops conveniently located at every corner, exploring the city is easy. You can also enjoy the lovely boulevard promenade for a delightful way to travel. Plus, the taxi service is not only affordable but also super convenient. Guests are welcomed into a secure, monitored building with attentive security staff and CCTV for peace of mind, and can conveniently use the elevator. You will have full and private access to the apartment and all its amenities throughout your stay. After your booking is confirmed, we will share a detailed digital guidebook with everything you need, from lockbox entry instructions to tips for making the most of the space, ensuring a comfortable and hassle free experience.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Batumi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
