Guests are welcomed into a secure, monitored building with attentive security staff and CCTV for peace of mind, and can conveniently use the elevator. You will have full and private access to the apartment and all its amenities throughout your stay. After your booking is confirmed, we will share a detailed digital guidebook with everything you need, from lockbox entry instructions to tips for making the most of the space, ensuring a comfortable and hassle free experience.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Batumi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
