Lolita, Stamba, Rooms Hotel, the Wine Factory, Vere Park, and the Barcelona official fanshop are all nearby, along with restaurants, cafes, shops, and cultural attractions. With everything within easy reach, it’s the perfect base to explore the city.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control.
