Note : You may notice that the apartment doesn’t get much direct sunlight. While it keeps the space comfortably cool, it might feel a bit dimmer at certain times of the day.

Within a 500 m radius of Zubalashvili Street 1, you’re steps from lively pedestrian zones like Piazza Square and the wide seaside promenade of Batumi Boulevard — ideal for beach strolls and sunsets. Public transport stops are nearby on the main streets, making travel easy. The surroundings include several small parks, cafés, and bars nestled among historic low-rise buildings, offering a calm yet central old-town atmosphere.

Getting around Batumi is easy from our apartment on Zubalashvili Street. Public transport options are readily available, with bus stops located nearby offering convenient access to various parts of the city. For those arriving by air, Batumi International Airport (BUS) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also easily accessible. Parking is available on the street, but please be aware that it may be subject to availability, especially during peak hours. The apartment's central location allows for easy access to key attractions, the beach, and dining options, making it a great base for exploring Batumi.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Batumi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
