Our spacious 105 sq m apartment on the 5th floor offers plenty of room and comfort:

- Two sleeping areas: one separate bedroom with a king bed, plus a second king bed set within the open-layout living space.

- Open living area with a sofa, Smart TV (no cable), and free Wi-Fi.

- Fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, CO detector, fridge, and microwave.

- Bathroom with provided essentials and a washing machine.

- Private terrace with seating, offering great panoramic views of both the city and Mtatsminda Mountain.

- Central heating, with AC units in both the living area and the bedroom.

- Ample storage space with a large wardrobe.

Please note: the apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Set on the slopes of Mtatsminda, this neighborhood offers crisp mountain air, open city views, and a calm atmosphere above the bustle. The funicular is just minutes away, giving you quick access to hilltop parks, viewpoints, and dining spots. A short downhill walk brings you to Rustaveli Avenue in around five minutes, while an easy stroll also leads toward Sololaki or Vera. The area is rich in Tbilisi’s historic architecture and popular cafés and eateries, including Luca Polare, Pizza Uno, and Madre. For getting around the city, bus 383 and minibus 408 provide convenient connections.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
