The setting offers a quieter alternative to central Batumi while remaining only about 6 km from the city center, with convenient transport connections by taxi or bus. The nearby Batumi Botanical Garden at Green Cape is just a short drive away, known for its panoramic sea views and diverse plant collections. The area balances seaside tranquility with practical access to urban attractions.

Getting around

The apartment is cozy and comfortable, and the beach here is less crowded than in the center of Batumi. You’ll find everything you need nearby such as markets, restaurants, and pharmacies, and the location is convenient for traveling between Batumi and Tsikhisdziri. You can use your preferred taxi service or the municipal buses that are also available. If you enjoy walking, it’s about an hour and a half walk to the center of Batumi.
