This part of Gudauri sits within New Gudauri, the newer, purpose-built section of Georgia’s major ski resort. New Gudauri is positioned above the old village level, closer to the ski lifts and gondolas that give access to most of the resort’s runs. The terrain here is high alpine, with rugged mountains and open snowfields all around

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Georgia. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control.
