NOTE : The apartment is located in a lively and central part of Old Tbilisi. Because of its prime location, nearby cafes, bars, and tourist activity, some city noise may be heard at times. The cobblestone street can also create additional sound when larger vehicles pass by. This is part of staying in the historic center, but guests who enjoy a vibrant, walkable area usually find the location very convenient.

Located on Kote Apkhazi Street, formerly Leselidze, this stay puts you in the heart of Old Tbilisi, between Freedom Square and Meidan. Walk to Sioni Cathedral, Shardeni Street, Abanotubani sulfur baths, wine bars, cafes, souvenir shops, and historic churches. Narikala Fortress, Rike Park, and the cable car are also nearby, making it a convenient base for sightseeing, dining, and exploring Tbilisi’s old streets on foot.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
