Please note that the apartment has attic-style ceiling windows. These windows should be monitored carefully and must not be left open when rain is expected, as water may enter the apartment.

The apartment is in upper Vera, a creative residential neighbourhood on the hillside between the Rustaveli district and Vake. Vera developed as a middle-class extension of central Tbilisi in the late 19th century and has spent the last decade becoming the city's hub for specialty coffee, natural wine and independent dining, drawing designers, writers and food-focused travellers.

On Gogebashvili Street, a few minutes from the apartment, Vera Italiana (2 min walk) is one of Tbilisi's most-reviewed Italian restaurants. Mova Maisi at 9 Davit Toradze Street (7 min walk) is a courtyard café known for brunch, house-baked pastries and a relaxed, laptop-friendly atmosphere. Iakobis Ezo at 14 Iakob Nikoladze Street (13 min walk), a neo-bistro and listening bar at the Artizan Design Hotel, serves modern Georgian and European dishes alongside artisanal cocktails.

Stamba Hotel at 14 Kostava Street (10 min walk) is the neighbourhood's flagship design hotel, with a restaurant, bar, bookshop and courtyard open to non-guests. Wine Factory No. 1 at 1 Petriashvili Street (12 min walk), a restored 19th-century industrial complex, houses a winery, wine bar, restaurants and an open-air cinema.

Vere Park on Kostava Street (15 min walk), recently renovated and reopened in autumn 2025, is the nearest green space, with a children's playground, outdoor gym area and views over the city.

Vera is safe and regularly patrolled. Streets in upper Vera are steep and some sections are uneven.

Rustaveli Metro station is approximately 12 minutes on foot. From there, Tbilisi Metro connects all major districts from the centre. Buses and minibuses cover the wider city, and Bolt taxis are available and inexpensive throughout Tbilisi.
