The layout is compact and easy to use, with the living room and kitchen connected in one open area.

The apartment is on Jiuli Shartava Street, in Batumi's stadium area, between the seafront and residential blocks. It is practical for guests who want beach access, shopping, and sports venues without staying in the busiest tower zone.

This area grew around Adjarabet Arena, the home venue of FC Dinamo Batumi. Today, it has new apartment buildings, malls, and grocery options close together. Batumi Boulevard is the city's main seaside promenade, with walking paths, bike lanes, gardens, and pebble beach access.

Shartava Street connects quickly to Tbel Abuseridze Street, the stadium, and the New Boulevard side of Batumi. In summer, the seafront can be busy in the evening, especially near Ardagani Lake and the Boulevard. The apartment is slightly inland, which helps with shopping, groceries, and taxis.

Batumi is generally safe and regularly patrolled. Use normal care with personal items in crowded areas and on the Boulevard during peak season.

Batumi is a small, walkable city, most of the main sights, restaurants and the Boulevard are reachable on foot from the centre. Buses cost 70 tetri per ride and can be paid by card. For routes and schedules, we recommend downloading the Batumi Bus app. Bolt and other taxi apps are available and inexpensive. The airport is close, roughly 10-15 minutes by car, though allow extra time on busy summer days.

Getting to Batumi from Tbilisi: the overnight or daytime train takes around 5 hours and is comfortable and modern. By car the journey is around 4 hours. Buses and minibuses also run regularly.
