The apartment combines its main functions in one open room, while the balcony provides a separate outdoor seating area.

Alliance Palace stands on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street in Batumi’s New Boulevard area, with the seafront, daily services, shopping and public spaces all close on foot. The district developed around Batumi’s modern coastal expansion, while the original Boulevard began in 1881 and later extended south as the city grew.

Batumi Boulevard is about a 2-minute walk away, and the city’s pebble beach can be reached in roughly 4 minutes. Ardagani Lake and its dancing fountains are around 5 minutes away, offering an easy route for evening walks and seasonal fountain shows. The Batumi Public Service Hall is directly next to the building, while Restaurant Oval operates inside Alliance Palace.

For shopping and practical needs, Batumi Mall is about 12 minutes away on foot. Grand Mall, DS Mall and Carrefour can each be reached in approximately 15 minutes. Around 14 minutes away, 6 May Park provides tree-lined paths, Nuri Lake and access to Batumi Dolphinarium.

This part of Batumi combines high-rise residential buildings with the open space of the Boulevard and lakefront paths. Summer evenings are active around the fountains and promenade, while mornings and off-season periods are generally calmer. The area works well for guests who want to explore on foot without staying in the historic centre. Batumi is considered safe, and the Boulevard and surrounding streets are regularly patrolled by local authorities.

Batumi is a small, walkable city — most of the main sights, restaurants and the Boulevard are reachable on foot from the centre. Buses cost 70 tetri per ride and can be paid by card. For routes and schedules, we recommend downloading the Batumi Bus app. Bolt and other taxi apps are available and inexpensive. The airport is close — roughly 10-15 minutes by car, though allow extra time on busy summer days.

Getting to Batumi from Tbilisi: the overnight or daytime train takes around 5 hours and is comfortable and modern. By car the journey is around 4 hours. Buses and minibuses also run regularly.
