The balcony gives you a great spot to sit outside and enjoy the wide city views, with Mtatsminda and the TV Tower in sight.

The apartment is located on Shurduli Turn in Chugureti, a central part of Tbilisi that combines older residential streets with easy access to the city centre. The elevated position is one of the main advantages of this address, giving the apartment broad views over the rooftops and toward Mtatsminda.

Chugureti developed from the historic Neu-Tiflis settlement and later became one of Tbilisi's main craft and industrial districts. Today, the area mixes traditional houses and courtyards with newer apartments, restaurants and creative spaces.

Holy Trinity Cathedral, Sameba, is around 0.5 km from the address, roughly a 7-10 minute walk depending on the route and pace. Dedaena Park and the Mtkvari riverfront are also close to this part of Chugureti, while Fabrika and the wider Marjanishvili area provide cafés, bars and cultural spaces within the broader neighborhood.

The surrounding streets are more residential than the busiest central avenues, while the elevated setting creates a different perspective over the city. The uphill approach should be kept in mind, especially with heavy luggage.

Chugureti is generally safe and regularly patrolled, with active residential streets and central areas within walking distance.

The apartment is in a central area where many parts of Old Tbilisi and Chugureti can be reached on foot.

Tbilisi is easy to explore using the metro, city buses and taxis. Bolt is widely available and is particularly useful for returning to the apartment because the final approach is uphill.
