The apartment sits on Zurab Tchavchavadze street, in the heart of Chughureti on Tbilisi's left bank, opposite Mtatsminda across the river.

A 2-minute walk brings guests to the Nodar Dumbadze Theatre, a state youth theatre with a long-running programme of children's shows. Kote Marjanishvili State Drama Theatre, founded in 1907 and the district's namesake, sits a short stroll further along, next to the pedestrianised David Agmashenebeli Avenue. Ten minutes away is Fabrika, a former Soviet sewing factory turned creative complex since 2016, with courtyard bars, shops, and coworking space.

For green space, Mushtaidi Garden has a children's railway from the 1930s, Dedaena Park sits along the river, and the Mtkvari embankment a few minutes south offers a calmer stretch for walking.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Marjanishvili metro station, on the Akhmeteli-Varketili line with direct access to Freedom Square and Rustaveli, is a 6-minute walk. Buses and the Bolt app are both easy, inexpensive ways to get around the rest of Tbilisi.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.

• 2nd floor without elevator.

• The loft sleeping area is reached by open wooden stairs and is best suited for adults or older children, not toddlers or young kids.

• Please respect the check-out time — unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional night charges.

• For stays of 28 nights or longer, an additional cleaning (for an additional fee) is required to maintain the apartment’s condition.

• Please dispose of trash in the grey or dark blue bins located on the street.

• Do not leave running water unattended.

• Additional towels and a starter set are available for an extra fee.

• If you lose your keys or access card, a replacement fee will apply.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Missing items, stained linens, or broken equipment may result in extra charges.

• Keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00, to respect our neighbors.

• Turn off lights, heating/AC, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
