When is the payment charged?
At the time of payment, in a single transaction. Short-term bookings are confirmed immediately after payment. The dates are then blocked on our calendar, just as they are on other relevant booking platforms, and you receive your booking confirmation immediately. No additional confirmation is required.
Is payment for a long-term rental made in the same way?
No, this is the only exception. You submit a request, a member of the Wehost team confirms the apartment's availability and agrees the rental terms with you. If you decide to rent the apartment, you then pay the first month's rent.
Are the dates I see definitely available?
Yes. We use a single calendar that combines our own bookings with bookings from Airbnb and Booking.com. If a date appears as available, it means it has not been booked through another channel.
Can I pay in a currency other than GEL?
The price is in GEL, and the amount charged to your card will also be in GEL. If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert the amount using its own exchange rate. We do not add any additional currency conversion fee.
