Can I request an apartment that is already booked?
Yes. For long-term rentals, you can still submit a request for the apartment you are interested in. We will check its actual availability and let you know the earliest date when the apartment will be available.
What is the minimum duration for a long-term rental?
The minimum term for a long-term rental is six months. Rentals of less than six months are considered short-term.
Is the payment process the same as for a short-term booking?
No. For short-term bookings, the payment is charged at the time of booking and the reservation is confirmed immediately. For long-term rentals, you submit a request, we confirm the apartment's availability and provide you with the details. If you decide to rent the apartment, you then make the first month's rent payment.
