Not every apartment should be rented the same way. Based on market analysis, we assess which model is likely to work better for each property: short-term or long-term.

Choosing short-term rental does not necessarily mean managing the apartment this way all year round. When appropriate, we can start with short-term rentals and keep the apartment generating income while looking for a suitable long-term tenant.
