Most apartment owners have one question: how much can the apartment earn? It is important to understand that total rental income is not the same as the amount the owner ultimately receives.
For the apartments we manage, the difference between these two amounts mainly comes from several costs: cleaning between bookings, booking platform fees when a booking comes through a platform, supplies, and the small but regular maintenance work that a rented apartment requires.
