High-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, central heating, and a well-furnished living room complete this beautiful space, perfect for up to 6 adults. The balcony, with comfortable seating and a table, is ideal for enjoying sunsets with a glass of Saperavi wine.

The apartment is nestled in the historic part of Old Tbilisi, a quiet neighborhood offering a serene stay. Enjoy views of Tbilisi and Mtatsminda Mountain, with the Funicular and Vilnius Park nearby. It's just a 2-minute walk from the historic Georgian Parliament building, 5 minutes to Rustaveli Avenue, and 10 minutes to Galleria Mall.

Public transportation in Tbilisi is affordable and convenient. Metro and buses cost just 1 GEL per ride and allow free transfers within an hour. You can pay directly by card. For route details and schedules, we recommend downloading the TTC app. Bus stops are located almost everywhere in the city.

Taxi services like Bolt are also reliable and reasonably priced. However, our top recommendation is to explore the city on foot—you’ll get to experience the cultural charm of Tbilisi up close.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Note: The AC unit in the living room is temporarily out of service, but all other AC units in the apartment are working normally. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
